报告更多的是将整个社会实践的过程都写出来，格式行文也应更显规范。

例如：我昨天去养老院做义工，感想如下：(1)我们应当多关爱老年人，(2)子女应当多关心老人。这次实践存在一些不足：文艺表演中唱的歌比较现代，老人不感兴趣。————这是总结。
